They grow much longer than conventional chicken and because of this
I bring a better chicken experience

NATURAL DAILY REGIME

I sleep up to 9 hours a day, which gives me enough time to
regeneration. We have enough natural resources in every department
daylight.

UP AND DOWN MOVEMENT

In the ward we have perches and grids - "little climbing frames". We don't just move around on the ground, but we have the opportunity to climb up and down, training our muscles.

MORE SPACE

I am not exposed to the stress that comes with large concentrations of animals. The groups on our farm are the most
after 1,000 broilers.

WITHOUT ANTIBIOTICS

Our chickens live in small groups and in a pleasant environment, so no antibiotics or other drugs are needed to raise them. Our chicken is healthy and its meat is safe.

WE COMPOST

VERMIREACTOR

Our dream has come true. Thanks to our partners, we can compost organic production waste, paper towels, compostable packaging and other materials that would otherwise end up in the brown bin or mixed waste right in our restaurant. We use an experimental two-module vermireactor from the Research Institute of Agricultural Technology vvi and the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague 6.

ECOLOGY IN OPERATION

CONSUMABLES AND CLEANING MATERIALS

We use packaging-free, ecological cleaning products and have a special ecological cleaning system from Ecolab.

We use consumables from TORK,

which is a member of the global group SCA Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget, a group that approaches the ecological use of forests and recycled materials to produce its paper program.
